Ride from Thomaston to Port Clyde and Back
Trekkers is a non-profit organization based in Thomaston that seeks to form dynamic relationships between youth and caring adults in the community. Our mentorship programs use experiential education and outdoor adventure as a method to form these relationships. Trekkers' Pedal to the Port is an opportunity to raise money for all of our mentoring programs.
We invite you to ride with us in this fun, annual event offering encouragement and financial support to our Trekkers. The registration is $35 per individual rider, or $30 each per member if you choose to form a team. This fee includes a t-shirt if you register by May 15th, 2011. There will also be a complimentary meal for riders during our post-tour cookout. Like most bike tours of this nature, we are looking for our riders to raise pledge money in addition to the registration fee. This is optional - you may participate without pledges. However, our goal is to challenge 125 riders to raise $200 each. We encourage you to accept this challenge!
The ride will begin at 9:00 am in Thomaston. Registration opens at 8:00 am. Please arrive early so that you will have time to check in and get set up. We will be meeting in the Georges Valley High School gymnasium parking lot, which is at the rear of the building. We hope to see you there!

REGISTRATION
The registration fee is $35.00 per individual biker, or if you want to form a team of three or four riders, registration is only $30.00 per biker.
